雪萊（Shelley, Percy Bysshe；1792—1822），英國抒情詩、戲劇詩人，為理想主義急進分子。與英國著名文學家濟慈、拜倫同期。雪萊在同儕中最熱衷政治，成就斐然，具高度爭議性。擅長抒情詩、對話式及自傳性詩、政治歌謠等等。
出生於富裕的男爵家庭，天賦極高，容貌英俊，個性放蕩。著作多於死後由妻子瑪麗匯整出版。其中又以篇幅短小的抒情詩、十四行詩及讚美詩表現最佳。作品包括《雲》、《致雲雀》、《康斯坦蒂雅之歌》。一八二二年於義大利旅遊時墜海身亡。
