徐善祥　字鳳石。年三十五歲。生於江蘇上海。兄善慶。已婚。子一。女二。光緖三十年。畢業於上海聖約翰大學。任上海南洋高等學堂教員。光緖三十二年。以官費游美。入耶路大學。習化學。宣統元年。得學士學位。入米西根大學。以化學得獎。為美國化學會會員。耶路理科學校試驗室助教。留美學生月報經理。又在波士頓某試驗室。任分析員。宣統二年。回國。任上海商務印書館編輯。民國三年。任財政部化驗員。民國五年。任長沙湘雅醫學校化學教員。著有定性分析。及民國新教科書。均上海商務印書館出版。為中國社會政治學會雜誌經理。現時通信處。湖南長沙潮宗門正街湘雅醫學校。 Zee, Zai-Ziang.-Born in Shanghai, 1882.
